Every project is different. Turnaround times for mixing, mastering, and production can vary based on the complexity of the song and how booked the schedule is at the time. On average you can expect to wait no more than 30 business days at the busiest times but turnarounds are often much sooner.
Smaller projects typically have quicker turnaround times, though during busy seasons it’s not uncommon for timelines to extend by a few weeks.
You’re welcome to provide pre-project notes or schedule a pre-project call to ensure the vision is clearly understood. While you won’t be involved in the day-to-day work, you’ll have multiple opportunities to provide feedback during the revision process. Phone calls for project adjustments aren’t permitted; instead, emailed notes or voice memos outlining requested changes are preferred.
Yes, payment plans are available through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna. Additional fees apply.
Up to three revision rounds are generally included, with some lower-budget projects limited to two. Vocals re-recorded after the initial mix has begun will incur an additional fee for editing and integration.
Alternate versions (radio edits, live versions, etc.) are available for an additional fee. Each project includes an acapella and instrumental mix, giving you flexibility for content creation and potential sync placements.
Once your project is finished, you’ll receive a WAV file, MP3, acapella mix, and instrumental mix for each song. Mixed stems are available upon request and are not included by default.
